He’s done work for some of my clients and they were VERY HAPPY with his work; as an agent, he’s been a life saver on a deal or two.  I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!

Hi Grant,

We have decided to use your services based on your ten year warranty we would like to schedule a time for the job to be done.
We are splitting the cost with the buyers except for the visqueen liner part.  We would also like to have it taken out at the time of closing.

I will call you tomorrow or you can call me around 5:00 tonight to discuss your availability!!

Thank you,

Hi Grant,

After a gestation period to think about it in more depth, I’ve come
around to your recommendation as the best approach.

Can you drop by sometime and discuss the details and schedule?

Instead of running the pump outlet in a long trench along the north side
of the house (your original plan), it could be connected to the drain
pipe along the patio that empties into the storm water drain pipe on the
side street (this was an option in your original plan). This would
eliminate the need for a long trench. I shoveled the rock out of the
drain next to the patio and found the top of the drain pipe 24 inches
below the surface.

If this all looks feasible, then we can finalize the plan and costs.
